Passion for yoga. Heart for people.
yoga with Jess
The asana practice of yoga comes in all different shapes and sizes. Just like our life journey is all different and unique so will our practice of yoga. I strive to help you feel empowered, strong, and worthy in each of my classes. I know how difficult it can be to get out of one’s comfort zone so all you have to do is show up and I will help with the rest. I offer modifications to suit what your body may need that day.
I emphasize using the breath to create movement.
The breath can be a powerful tool to create balance and clarity in your life. We will learn various forms of pranayama that you can use to support you in your everyday routine.
Each class or 1 on 1 session will focus on correct alignment to break old habits and create a solid foundation in your practice. I also am well trained in modifying to your body’s needs if physical pain is present or an injury.
Please do not hesitate to contact me and ask any questions.
