Hello! I am so excited for you to begin your journey in yoga.  This is the perfect opportunity for you to develop your own yoga practice that supports the needs of your body and mind. This is also a great place to start to learn the names of poses, correct alignment, and use of props before attending a class at a studio.

This specific 1:1 private session will be personalized to your goals and desires.

Some reasons you may be seeking a 1:1 private session as a beginner yogi: 

  • Being able to practice at your own pace where you can appreciate your own body and breath.
  • Learn in a setting where you feel comfortable and relaxed. (Your home or Yoga West in Titirangi)
  • Learn the names of poses and correct alignment
  • Develop more strength or flexibility in the body
  • Address specific health issues or injuries with modifications and props
  • Discover the use of breath in yoga and different pranayama techniques to support you

This is an ideal opportunity for the seasoned yogi to hone in on specific skills. If you have an understanding of yoga and have attended studio classes, but are ready to deepen your practice this is a great place to start. Or if you are a new yoga teacher and would like to develop your teaching abilities I would love to work with you.

The session will be tailored to your specific goals.
